Dictionaries
Linguano is a young conlang which's PRIMARY set draws not from Latin but from Romance consensus. Hence, it needs comparison everytime it needs a word to use. This is the primary way of how it works.
There are several dictionaries of Romance conlangs that can be used in dire need. When we do not have a word but we need it without having time to compare Romance words, we can use their vocabulary to go. In another case, we can even use words from any real Romance languages. The point of communication is just to communicate. If we do not have a standard or perfect word for it, there is no need to shy from being imperfect and use anything that we can find.

Secondary sets can be drawn from Latin and Vulgar Latin. Besides, we can even mix the sets in a sentence. As long as we are conscious of what word and from which source we use. We also understand the continuity and the understandibility of the words we use according to the point of view of each target person.
