Logical Word Conversion from Linguano to Romance Languages

Because of the vocabulary of Linguano is made by the Romance consencus, we can backform or further change a word of Linguano origin to one of Romance languages.

Several Common Patterns

1. P, T, K consonants often realized as B, D, G or even deleted.

2. Vowel O often becomes U and E often becomes I.

3. Stressed vowel often diphthongized in pronunciation or just in spelling.

4. Consonant S is often debuccalized and deleted.

5. Final vowels are often weakened and deleted.

6. Consonant C and G are often softened into Ci and Gi. And sometimes are further softened into Sh and Zh before any vowels.

7. Consonant B is often softened into V.

8. Consonant L is often softened into -U.

9. Sound -Li is often become -I

10. Consonant H is debbucalized and deleted.

11. Initial J- can become Gi or Zh.

12 Initial Es- can become S-

13. Sound Ci, Ce, Ti can become TS or S

14. Consonant V /w/ often become /v/

It is by no means suggesting that we do this kind of puzzle everytime we try to communicate with a real Romance speaker in the occassion of the word in Common Linguano is not readily understood by the target person. Because, we can just learn the specific set of words and just employ it in our speech. Instead, we can use this for some word we do not readily know before when are in a converstation with a real Romance speaker.
